Jose L Delgado was born in NYCNY in the South Bronx. He started working at the age of 11 years old, until the age of 46; under a service-connected injury he retired from Gilroy School system.
He went in the USMC from Nov1964--Nov1969 (Vietnam: Jul1966-- Aug 1967). USArmy:1978--2087. (JUST CAUSE PANAMA
